I completed my Couch to 5k Week 1 day 3 this morning. My last two runs i reached 1.34 miles, but today I was trying got 1.5. I didn’t get there but I came soooo close. My finally miles ran came out to 1.44. Like I said soooo close. I’m not going to make excuses i’m just going to push that much harder to get there.
