Work out even when you don’t feel up to it………

Day 15 : Are you a vegan or vedetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight. If not would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I was a vegetarian but choice for about 2 years. I didn’t feel a difference in how I felt on a day to day bases. I however did start craving meat, I started eating it again after about 2 years.

Day 16 When did you first decide to lose weight?

I first decided to lose weight while I was still pregnant with my youngest. Not really but defiantly soon after. He was my biggest baby weighting in at 9 lbs 3 oz. I didn’t drop the weight as quickly this time, but I decided I would be in bikini shape come summer time. 

Yesterday day I did 140 squats with my rest day today.

Tomorrow I finally get to get back to my Couch to 5k program. I did the first 2 days of week 1 last week. My 3rd day we had a snow day,( yes a snow day in APRIL!) So I was unable to run. I also have 2 left feet and twisted my ankle and fell on my right hip. I didn’t want to push running and injury myself more. I am how ever feeling better today so I will be doing day 3 of week one tomorrow on my break at work. YAY GO ME!! 

Feeling healthier by the day. 😀
