Day 5 Why are you really losing the weight? Are you doing it for you?
I am losing the weight to once again be come a happy healthier person, O and to look smoking hot in a bikini 😀 Yes I am doing this for myself.
Day 5 was 70 squats and they are done
5 days in and I already feel like a happy healthier stronger women.
